Is my photo data safe?

Absolutely. All photo analysis is performed 100% on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to any server. We take your privacy very seriously.

What types of photo issues can PicPure detect?

PicPure can detect blurry photos, closed-eye portraits, bad exposure (too dark or overexposed), duplicate and similar photos, screenshots, and large files taking up storage space.

Can I recover photos after deleting them?

Deleted photos are moved to the "Recently Deleted" album in your Photos app, where they remain for 30 days before being permanently removed. You can recover them from there.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open PicPure, go to the subscription screen, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

The scan is taking too long. What can I do?

You can narrow the scan range by selecting a specific time period or album in the scan settings. You can also enable incremental scanning to skip previously scanned photos.

Why does PicPure need access to my photo library?

Photo library access is required so PicPure can analyze your photos to identify issues. This access is used only for local on-device analysis — nothing leaves your phone.
