PicPure ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use PicPure.

Data Collection

PicPure is designed with a privacy-first approach. We want to be transparent about what we do and do not collect:

  • Photos: All photo analysis is performed entirely on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to any server.
  • Personal Information: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
  • Usage Data: We do not track your usage behavior or collect analytics data.
  • Account: PicPure does not require you to create an account.

Photo Library Access

PicPure requires access to your photo library to scan and analyze your photos. This access is used solely for the purpose of identifying photo issues (blurry, duplicates, etc.) on your device. No photos or image data are transmitted off your device.

Subscriptions

PicPure offers optional in-app subscriptions. Subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We use RevenueCat as our subscription management platform. RevenueCat may collect anonymous transaction data to facilitate subscription services. For more information, please refer to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

PicPure uses the following third-party services:

  • RevenueCat: For managing in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase data through Apple's payment system.
  • Firebase Analytics: For anonymous usage analytics. We collect aggregated, non-personal data such as feature usage and crash reports to improve the app.

Data Security

Since all photo processing happens locally on your device and we do not collect or store your personal data, the risk of data breaches is minimized. Your photos remain under your control at all times.

Children's Privacy

PicPure does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app does not require any personal information to function.
