What is NetLens?

NetLens is a comprehensive network diagnostics and utility app that provides tools like Ping, DNS Lookup, Port Scanner, Speed Test, and more. It's designed for IT professionals, developers, and anyone who needs to troubleshoot network issues.

Why does NetLens need location permission?

Location permission is required by iOS to access WiFi network information (SSID and BSSID). This is an Apple requirement and NetLens does not collect or store your location data.

Why can't I see my WiFi name (SSID)?

Please make sure you've granted location permission to the app. On iOS, go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > NetLens and select "While Using the App".

Is my data secure?

Yes. All your data (history, saved hosts, favorites) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information on external servers.

How do I report a bug?
